The songs of the band reach the deepest level of England-life: they are stories of prostitutes, people addicted to drugs, thiefs, failed ones, sung beautifully, as if they talked about angels. Their music mix opera and gipsy melodies altogether surprisingly but the quality that makes them very different from any others is the amazing emotional introspection and rough passion of their performance.
